Roma的家常食譜 (製作約300g鷹嘴豆泥)

100g鷹嘴豆 = 19g蛋白質
鷹嘴豆泥有許多種食用方式,做成抹醬、沾各種食物,或直接舀一大匙放進嘴裡,絕對是最放縱的享受方式。

【食材準備】

一罐市售鷹嘴豆(去除水分)
一瓣大蒜
60g 芝麻醬
1小匙 鹽
2大匙 檸檬汁
一小匙 紅椒粉
70g 冷水

【料理步驟】

將所有食材放物食物調理機中,打至喜歡的滑順口感,就完成了!

100g of Chickpea= 19g of protein

This recipe serves up to 300gs of Hummus depending source of chickpeas. Hummus is a fresh and extremely versatile dish. As a compatible dip, a filing spread, and most importantly an indulgent spoon to mouth food. Beautiful to break-fast, due to its protective olive oil coating, as well as satiating in the hours before bed.

【Ingredients】

1 can of chickpeas (drained)
1 clove of garlic
60g tahini
2T lemon juice
1t salt
1t paprika
70g cold water

【Directions】

Blend listed ingredients to smooth & textured perfection..
